As part of this commitment, Refunds only  are accepted up to 14 days after the order has been delivered. Martini mens wear will only change  merchandise if it has not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled, or altered. If merchandise is not in its original condition will not  be accepted and will be returned at the expense of the customer.  customer is allowed up to 2 weeks to return the merchandise. If the merchandise is not received by us during this time frame, will be considered void and no future exchange can be initiated for same item(s). All labels and tags must remain intact in order to exchange the merchandise along with any accompanying materials that were originally included. Customers responsible for shipping the merchandise at their own cost. Customer can choose any carrier they wish to use. If the return is due to a mistake on MARTINI MENS WEAR part then we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label.
